T-Shirt Kids Engage in “Reading”


Canada Book Day is observed on April 23, 2017. It’s a yearly event celebrated in Canada to promote books and reading. The week surrounding April 23 is known as Canada Book Week.

T-Shirt Kids believe books can be better than movies because reading is healthy and educational. T-Shirt Kids make reading an important part of their daily lives.

  • Reading stories together and aloud enhances quality family time.
  • Since it’s Book Week, T-Shirt Kids think it’s a great idea to celebrate by getting a new book.
  • T-Shirt Kids are excited it’s Book Week and will visit the library. Plan to join and receive a free library card.
  • Check your local library’s website for programs and events. They have summer reading clubs where you can win neat prizes. Don’t miss the fun activities they offer.
