T-Shirt Kids Workout with Dumbbells…

T-Shirt Kids enjoy working out with dumbbells. If you do not have factory made dumbbells, make your own by filling empty water bottles with sand. A workout holding dumbbells while bending, stretching, pulling, curling and lifting will strengthen your arms, legs and body. Music and dance will add fun to your workout moves.

Remember: Warm up first. Start light. Low repetitions.
